Ludo Game User Agreement

By downloading, accessing, or playing our Game, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the Game.

1. Acceptance of the Agreement

By accessing or using the Game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this User Agreement.

Manipulate matchmaking or game results.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game or its servers.
Interfere with the Game's servers, networks, or infrastructure.
Use unauthorized methods to obtain coins, rewards, items, or other Game benefits.
Reverse engineer or modify Game functionality for an unfair advantage.

We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action against accounts involved in cheating, exploitation, or other unfair practices.

5. Player Conduct

You must behave respectfully when interacting with other players.

You must not:

Harass, threaten, bully, or abuse other players.
Use hateful, discriminatory, or excessively offensive language.
Impersonate another player, Popup Games employee, or representative.
Share illegal or inappropriate content.
Promote scams, fraud, or illegal activities.
Spam other players.
Intentionally disrupt another player's experience.
Use communication features to distribute unauthorized advertisements or promotions.
Attempt to obtain another player's personal information.

If the Game includes chat, messaging, voice, or other communication features, additional rules may apply to those features.

6. Multiplayer Games

The Game may provide multiplayer features that allow you to play with other users.

You understand that:

Other players may have different skill levels and playing styles.
Matchmaking results may vary.
Network conditions may affect gameplay.
Players may disconnect or leave a match.
Game results may be affected by technical or network issues.

We may take reasonable measures to protect the integrity of multiplayer games and prevent abuse.

7. No Real-Money Gaming or Cash-Out

Our Ludo Games are designed for entertainment purposes.

Unless a particular Game explicitly states otherwise, we do not offer real-money gambling, cash betting, cash prizes, or cash-out functionality.

Virtual coins, points, gems, rewards, and other Virtual Items do not have real-world monetary value and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash.

8. Virtual Currency and Virtual Items

The Game may provide virtual coins, points, gems, rewards, items, or other digital content ("Virtual Items").

Virtual Items:

Are provided for use within the Game.
Have no real-world monetary value.
Are not currency or financial assets.
Cannot be withdrawn as cash.
Cannot be exchanged for real money.
Cannot be redeemed for real-world goods or services.
Cannot be sold, transferred, or traded outside the Game unless explicitly authorized by Popup Games.

Virtual Items do not represent a deposit, account balance, investment, or financial asset.

Popup Games may modify, replace, limit, suspend, or discontinue Virtual Items or their functionality where permitted by applicable law.

9. In-App Purchases

The Game may offer optional purchases of Virtual Items, digital content, or other features.

Purchases may be processed through third-party platforms such as:

Apple App Store

You agree that:

All purchases must be authorized by you or the account holder.
You are responsible for purchases made through your account.
Prices and available products may change.
Virtual Items purchased through the Game are for use within the Game.
Purchases do not provide ownership of the Game or its underlying Virtual Items.

Refunds are handled according to the applicable app store's policies and applicable law.

10. Rewards, Events, and Promotions

Popup Games may offer events, missions, bonuses, promotions, competitions, or rewards from time to time.

Specific terms may apply to individual events or promotions.

We may:

Modify event rules.
Change reward amounts.
Remove rewards obtained through cheating or abuse.
Remove rewards obtained due to technical errors or exploitation.

Rewards obtained through fraudulent, unauthorized, or abusive methods may be removed.

11. Game Progress and Data

Sell or license Game content.
Reverse engineer the Game.
Decompile the Game.
Disassemble the Game.
Create derivative works based on the Game.
Use Popup Games trademarks without permission.

The Game may use or integrate third-party services, including authentication, analytics, advertising, advertising mediation, payment, and other technology services.

These may include:

Facebook Login

GameAnalytics
Google AdMob
ironSource / LevelPlay
InMobi
Meta Audience Network
Unity Ads
Google Play
Apple App Store
Other third-party advertising, analytics, authentication, infrastructure, and technology providers

15. Advertisements

Depending on the circumstances, action may include:

Warning.
Removal of rewards.
Removal of Virtual Items.
Temporary suspension.
Feature restrictions.
Permanent account termination.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice before taking action. However, immediate action may be taken when necessary to protect the Game, our users, or our Services.

19. Account Deletion

You may stop using the Game at any time.

Where account deletion is supported, you may request deletion according to the process provided by Popup Games.

Account deletion may result in the permanent loss of:

Game progress.
Statistics.
Achievements.
Match history.
Virtual Items.
Other account-related information.

Certain information may be retained where required or permitted by applicable law.

20. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Popup Games does not guarantee that:

The Game will always be available.
The Game will be free from errors or bugs.
The Game will always operate without interruption.
All features will remain available.
Game progress will always be preserved.
The Game will meet every user's expectations.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Popup Games will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Game.

This may include, where legally permitted:

Loss of game progress.
Loss of Virtual Items.
Service interruptions.
Technical problems.
Loss of data.
Unauthorized access resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

22. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time to reflect changes to:

Our Games.
Our Services.
Game features.
Third-party services.
Legal requirements.
Our business practices.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Agreement.

For material changes, we may provide additional notice through the Game, website, or other reasonable means where required.

Your continued use of the Game after the updated Agreement becomes effective means that you accept the updated Agreement.

23. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws governing Popup Games, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement or the Game will be handled by the courts or dispute-resolution mechanisms having appropriate jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
